By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. Custom and Semi-Custom Work
• Elated Paper Co. offers both fully custom and semi-custom stationery designs. Due to the personalized nature of these products:
• All orders are final once approved for print.
• Proofs are provided for review, and client approval is required before production begins.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all text, including names, dates, and addresses.
• We are not liable for errors or omissions once proofs have been approved.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. A deposit may be required before custom work begins, and full payment is due prior to production and shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Elated Paper Co. reserves the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
5. Turnaround Time and Shipping
Estimated turnaround times vary based on the scope of the project. While we make every effort to meet stated deadlines, Elated Paper Co. is not responsible for delays caused by clients (e.g., late approvals), shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other forces beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments once transferred to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once final proofs have been approved and production has begun. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within five (5) business days of receipt, and we will address the issue in good faith.
7. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Elated Paper Co. may utilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance elements of our creative, operational, or customer support processes. You acknowledge that:
AI may inform content generation, imagery, or communications.
Final designs are reviewed and approved by human designers.
You may not reverse-engineer or misuse any AI-generated or AI-assisted content.
We retain all rights to content generated or enhanced using AI.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage, disable, or impair our Website or interfere with any other party’s use. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
9. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites. Access them at your own risk.
