when do I start my day of items & bar goods

As with all wedding items, the more time we have, the better! It’s less stressful for you as your big day approaches. Starting the day-of process a couple of months before your wedding gives us ample time for design and production.

how long does the process take?

Day-of items have a much shorter timeline compared to invitations. The process typically takes one to three weeks, plus production time.

how long to bar goods take?

Certain bar goods have longer lead times than others. Matches, for instance, take the longest at 3+ weeks, while napkins are usually completed much more quickly.

what bar goods do you offer?

Our main bar goods include flex cups (single color or full color print), napkins (foil and digital printing), matchbooks (various shapes in both foil and digital printing), and stir sticks. We also offer additional items, so feel free to reach out with any questions!

what day of items do you offer?

The main day-of items we offer include menus (with the option to add guest names at the top), programs, table cards, escort cards, place cards, signature drink signs, thank you notes, various signage, seating charts, welcome signs, parking signs, and more.

can you create items not listed in the form?

Absolutely! Please reach out with your idea, and I’ll let you know if we can create it for you. In the past, we've crafted custom pillows, burgee flags, and coffee sleeves.

what if you didn't do my invitations?

That's perfectly fine! We can still work together on your day-of items. Please note that a higher design fee will apply if we didn't already collaborate on your invitations. I will also ask for your invitation proof as a reference point for creating your day-of items.

do you offer corn hole boards?

We also offer custom corn hole boards! Reach out for more information. These boards are fully custom, designed specifically for your wedding based on your invitations or day-of items.

how does the design process work?

This is the part of the process that my clients and I enjoy the most! Once booked, I'll ask for details like program or menu content. Then, I'll create your proofs based on your invitation design. We'll make edits and refine various options from there. The process mirrors the invitation process and is very visual!
