When your order is ready for shipping it will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex to the address submitted on your print release. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.

In your welcome email, you'll find a link to an information form that requires completion before I can create a proof for you. This is where you provide all the essential details for your suite—names, date, venue, wording, etc.

Additionally, you'll be added into my client management system, offering you convenient access to all your documents throughout the process. It's a streamlined way to keep everything organized and accessible.

5. Submit Information Form

If you have questions on what is included or would like to just chat through the process before ordering please reach out via email or set up a time to chat with me via phone/zoom. I'm  happy to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have!

2. Set up a time to chat (if needed)

Once you've chosen your design and package, it's time to add your personal touch. Tweak the wording, choose from 10+ fonts, select your ink colors, and pick your paper. The general design layout however will remain the same. This keeps things budget-friendly and speedy, without sacrificing that personalized flair you're after.

3. Customize your suite

After finalizing your choices—quantity, design, add-ons, and customizations—proceed to checkout (you will see a running total at the very bottom of the form). The next step is to submit a 50% deposit (after completing the form) to initiate the design process. An informative welcome email will follow, guiding you through the next steps. It's the start of a fun and exciting journey!

4. Place your order

1. Select your Suite Design

Once you've submitted your information form, I'll create your proof and deliver it digitally within 3 business days. The top section will feature a full mock-up, with individual pieces detailed below. You'll have designated spots to give the thumbs up or share feedback for each element. If additional customizations are required, expect those back within 5 business days. 

6. Design Proofs

After the designs are finalized, we'll need you to sign and return a print release, along with settling the balance payment. Once these steps are wrapped up and you've submitted the addresses, we're all set to kick off production. It's the final stretch to bringing your vision to life!

7. Print Approval and Balance Payment

Production is about 2 weeks depending on which suite was ordered. This includes the address printing and liner installation if needed.
